AS 4050335 Laser center Perforex LC 3030

Rittal AS 4050335 Perforex LC 3030 is a laser center for automated machining of standard enclosures and mounting plates. The machine uses a contactless, low-vibration process to create openings in three-dimensional enclosure bodies. It also supports mounting plate machining, including threaded holes.

The Perforex LC 3030 uses an extendible support surface to position enclosures and panels for machining. Operators prepare the machining program through the control unit, with support for DXF data transfer. The machine then processes the workpiece inside the protective housing. Its 3D laser system reaches multiple enclosure faces without repositioning the enclosure.

 

Accessories

Rittal requires an on-site inspection by a specialist to determine the appropriate laser version. Use an approved installation layout to confirm floor loading, delivery access, workpiece handling and service clearances.
