This Rittal CP 40 steel support section is used to create a support arm assembly for an operator enclosure or control panel. It is compatible with the connection components and it is fastened by two clamping screws. The powder coated steel section is available in two lengths, a RAL 7035 colour and you can make your choice as to the reach you need for your layout.
CP 6501.000 and CP 6501.020 are support sections only; connection components for a complete support arm assembly must be selected separately.
Both versions have a 48.3 mm diameter and 4 mm material thickness. Choose the 500 mm or 1,000 mm section according to your assembly layout, and confirm the connection components required for the complete support arm. The section length alone does not determine the final reach of the assembled support arm. Connection components and the enclosure mounting arrangement also affect its position. For heavier enclosures, verify the permissible load for the complete support arm configuration before selecting a section; the 1,000 mm version should not be assumed suitable based on length alone.
