AX 1005000 provides additional vertical space while retaining a 300 mm enclosure width. If the component arrangement is crowded horizontally, moving to this taller model may not solve the installation constraint; compare a wider AX configuration instead.

3. Check component and wiring depth

The enclosure depth is 210 mm. Check the installed depth of components together with terminals, connectors, wiring ducts and required clearances, particularly where equipment projects toward the door.

4. Plan cable entry before finalising the mounting layout

Reserve sufficient space for cable entry, conductor routing and bending radius before filling the mounting plate. A component arrangement that fits the plate dimensions may still be impractical if cable routing space is not considered.
