Rittal VX 8106260 180° Side Panel Hinges, RAL 7035

Rittal VX 8106260 hinges are designed for screw-fastened carbon steel side panels. The 180° opening angle provides access from the side of the enclosure.

 

The hinge body is die-cast zinc in RAL 7035. Each pack contains six hinges and assembly components.

Specifications

Confirm the protection rating for the complete enclosure and side panel assembly. The listed IP55 rating does not establish suitability for every outdoor installation.

Side Panel Compatibility and Installation

Check the enclosure and side panel article numbers against the manufacturer's information sheet. A matching opening angle alone does not confirm that another hinge has the same mounting interface.

• Confirm that the side panel is the screw-fastened carbon steel version.
• Check the panel depth and intended hinge position.
• Allow clearance for the panel to swing past walls, adjacent cabinets and cable routes.
• Use the manufacturer's information sheet to confirm the fixing arrangement before drilling or modifying the panel.

For an existing installation, send photographs of the panel edges, fixing points and enclosure identification label. Confirm compatibility before ordering if the panel article number is unavailable.

No. The panel swing path must remain clear of walls, adjacent cabinets and installed equipment. Check the available space at the installation site.
