The Rittal AX 1094000 is a wide, low-profile double-door carbon steel wall-mounted enclosure for control assemblies arranged across long horizontal rows. Its 800 × 400 × 250 mm body provides a 750 × 375 mm mounting area while limiting vertical wall use, and the divided door span supports practical access across the broad front opening. IP55 protection and IK10 impact resistance suit protected industrial locations.

When the Layout Is Wide but Wall Height Is Limited
AX 1094000 provides a 750 × 375 mm mounting panel for long horizontal equipment rows, side-by-side control components or extended terminal arrangements. The 800 mm width creates substantially more horizontal working area than narrow AX models, while the 400 mm enclosure height suits installations where available wall height is the main constraint.
Choose AX 1039000 when a 550 × 355 mm panel and 210 mm depth can support a narrower, shallower assembly. Choose AX 1055000 when the same 800 mm width is needed with 575 mm of panel height and 300 mm enclosure depth. Before machining AX 1094000, assign door-mounted cut-outs to the correct door leaf, check clearances at the door meeting edges and lock areas, confirm component projection, and map cable groups to the two size 2 base-entry zones.

The standard configuration includes a 750 × 375 mm mounting panel and two size 2 gland plates in the enclosure base. Define cable quantity, outside diameter and connector dimensions for each entry zone before selecting alternative plates.
AX 1094000 uses interior rails specified for 250 mm enclosure depth and replacement entry plates matching gland-plate size 2. Because the enclosure has two base plates, confirm whether one or both entry zones will be changed and match the required quantity to the cable-routing plan.

AX 1094000 provides an 800 × 400 × 250 mm double-door enclosure with a 750 × 375 mm mounting panel. Compare AX 1039000 when 550 mm of panel width and 210 mm depth are sufficient, or AX 1055000 when the design needs the same 750 mm panel width with 200 mm more panel height and 300 mm enclosure depth. Base the change on horizontal row length, available wall height, component projection and door-mounted controls.
