The Rittal AX 1095000 is a wide, low-height double-door carbon steel wall-mounted enclosure for layouts that need a long mounting surface plus additional component depth. Its 800 × 400 × 300 mm body provides a 750 × 375 mm mounting area and added front-to-back clearance for projected components, wiring terminations and cable bends. IP55 protection and IK10 impact resistance suit protected industrial locations.

When 250 mm Depth Is Not Enough for a Wide, Low Layout
AX 1095000 keeps the 750 × 375 mm mounting panel used by the shallower AX 1094000 but increases enclosure depth to 300 mm. The selection therefore depends on the complete front-to-back stack: component body, terminals, connector projection, wire bend and any equipment mounted on the inside of the doors.
Choose AX 1094000 when the same horizontal panel area will fit within 250 mm depth and minimizing wall projection is more important. Choose AX 1055000 when 300 mm depth is required together with a taller 750 × 575 mm mounting panel. Before machining AX 1095000, verify installed depth at the terminals, preserve access to wiring-duct covers, allocate cut-outs to the correct door leaf, and divide incoming cables between the two size 5 base-entry zones.

The standard configuration includes a 750 × 375 mm mounting panel and two size 5 gland plates in the enclosure base. Define cable quantity, outside diameter and connector dimensions for each entry zone before selecting alternative plates.
AX 1095000 uses interior rails specified for 300 mm enclosure depth and replacement entry plates matching gland-plate size 5. The enclosure has two base plates, so the required replacement quantity depends on whether the cable-entry design uses one side or both sides of the base.

AX 1095000 provides an 800 × 400 × 300 mm double-door enclosure with a 750 × 375 mm mounting panel.
