The Rittal AX 1110000 is a large square-format double-door carbon steel wall-mounted enclosure for control systems that need extensive horizontal and vertical mounting capacity in one cabinet. Its 1,000 × 1,000 × 300 mm body provides a 945 × 975 mm mounting area for multiple rows and side-by-side functional sections, with IP55, NEMA 1/12, UL Type 1/12 and IK10 ratings for protected industrial installations.

When the Layout Needs Full-Height Left and Right Sections
AX 1110000 provides a 945 × 975 mm mounting panel that can be divided into two tall functional sections or several wide equipment rows. Its square format avoids forcing a large assembly into a narrow vertical column, while the 300 mm depth leaves more front-to-back working space than shallow 210 mm AX cabinets.
Choose AX 1096000 when the same 1,000 mm cabinet width and 300 mm depth are required but 575 mm of panel height is enough. Choose AX 1100000 when a 945 × 735 mm panel can hold the design and reducing depth to 210 mm is more important. Before machining AX 1110000, finalize the complete row schedule, define the left/right functional boundary, assign each door cut-out to its leaf, preserve central meeting and lock clearances, and map incoming cables to the two size 6 base-entry zones.

The standard configuration includes a 945 × 975 mm mounting panel and two size 6 gland plates in the enclosure base. Define cable quantity, outside diameter and connector dimensions for each entry zone before selecting alternative plates.
AX 1110000 uses interior rails specified for 300 mm enclosure depth and replacement entry plates matching gland-plate size 6. Coordinate the two base-entry zones with the left and right functional sections so cable groups rise directly toward their assigned panel area.
