The Rittal AX 1130000 is a wide, medium-height double-door carbon steel wall-mounted enclosure for multi-row control layouts that need more front-to-back clearance than a shallow cabinet. Its 1,000 × 760 × 300 mm body provides a 945 × 735 mm mounting area for long equipment rows and vertical grouping, with 300 mm depth for projected devices, terminals and cable bends. IP55, NEMA 1/12, UL Type 1/12 and IK10 ratings support protected industrial installations.

When the 945 × 735 mm Panel Needs 300 mm Depth
AX 1130000 combines a 945 × 735 mm mounting panel with 300 mm enclosure depth. The proportion suits layouts built around several broad equipment rows where terminals, plugs, wiring ducts or cable bends need more front-to-back clearance than a 210 mm-deep cabinet can provide.
Choose AX 1100000 when the identical 945 × 735 mm panel fits within 210 mm depth and minimizing wall projection is the priority. Choose AX 1096000 when 575 mm of panel height is enough at the same 1,000 mm enclosure width and 300 mm depth. Before machining AX 1130000, calculate the complete panel-to-door depth stack, confirm cable-bend clearance, assign controls to the correct door leaf, preserve both cam-lock and central meeting zones, and set the required hinge orientation.

The standard configuration includes a 945 × 735 mm mounting panel, two size 6 gland plates and a reversible door catch. Each door is secured by a 3 mm double-bit cam lock. Split the incoming cable schedule between the two base openings and confirm outside diameters and connector dimensions before selecting replacement plates.
AX 1130000 uses the interior rail specified for 300 mm enclosure depth and replacement entry plates matching size 6. Plan the two base openings beneath the left and right equipment groups, then check whether connector bodies and cable bends use the added depth without obstructing the doors or wiring ducts.
