Rittal KX 1549000 E-Box, Carbon Steel
The Rittal KX 1549000 is a compact carbon steel E-Box designed for housing electrical and control components in space-limited installations. With dimensions of 200 × 200 × 120 mm, it provides a practical enclosure for small control, connection and automation applications.
The enclosure features a hinged door with an all-round PU seal and includes a zinc-plated mounting plate for installing internal components. Use the official external dimensions and mounting-panel size as the starting point, then check the complete installed assembly. Component depth alone is not enough: rail height, terminals, wire exits, bend radius and clearance to the closed door all affect whether the layout will fit.
Rittal lists SZ 1590010 for KX carbon steel enclosures, SZ 2315000 for KX enclosures with a width of 200 mm, and SZ 2565100 for the M6 connection points used on KX doors, enclosures and mounting panels. These accessory pages specify enclosure type, width or connection arrangement rather than naming KX 1549000 individually. None of the three items is included in the published standard supply for KX 1549000, so confirm the required function, quantity and mounting arrangement before adding it to the order.
