Rittal KX 1575000 E-Box, Carbon Steel
The Rittal KX 1575000 is a 300 × 300 × 155 mm carbon steel E-Box for compact electrical control and connection installations. The KX 1575000 combines a balanced 300 × 300 mm wall footprint with a 155 mm enclosure depth, providing more internal clearance while maintaining a compact overall size.
The KX 1575000 is suitable for local machine controls, electrical junction points and small industrial automation systems where both usable mounting area and additional enclosure depth are required.

KX 1575000 provides a 275 × 285 mm mounting plate within a 300 × 300 × 155 mm housing. Compared with KX 1574000, the additional mounting width allows wider device groups, wiring ducts or components to be arranged side by side without increasing enclosure height. The available plate area should still be checked against the complete layout, including spacing and conductor routing rather than component dimensions alone.
Depth is the second part of the selection. KX 1555000 provides the same 300 × 300 mm external face and 275 × 285 mm mounting plate in a shallower 120 mm housing, so it is the closer alternative when the completed assembly does not require 155 mm external depth. If 275 mm of mounting width is insufficient, compare KX 1576000 rather than selecting additional depth that does not solve the horizontal layout constraint.

Set the enclosure orientation and cable-entry direction before locating openings. On the 300 × 300 mm housing, door cut-outs and cable-entry openings must be coordinated with the nearly full-face 275 × 285 mm mounting plate, the planned side-by-side device groups and the required wiring bend space. Check door openings against the lock and hinge positions shown in the current Rittal dimensional drawing. Show reference edges, center coordinates, dimensions and tolerances on the machining drawing.
For review, provide: KX 1575000, quantity, an approved drawing or CAD file, opening sizes and positions, tolerances and cable-entry direction. Confirm the final drawing before machining because the external 300 × 300 × 155 mm dimensions do not define usable internal clearance.
