Rittal KX 1576000 E-Box, Carbon Steel
The Rittal KX 1576000 is a wide-format 380 × 300 × 155 mm carbon steel E-Box with a 365 × 275 mm mounting plate. Its extra mounting width supports side-by-side terminal, relay and control-device groups without adding enclosure height.
The KX 1576000 is suited to local machine controls and electrical junction assemblies where horizontal grouping is more useful than a taller vertical layout. For procurement, provide the component arrangement, maximum installed component depth, cable-entry direction, quantity and any required machining drawing.

KX 1576000 keeps the 300 mm enclosure height and 155 mm depth of KX 1575000 but increases the mounting plate width from 275 mm to 365 mm. That additional width is useful when terminal rows, wiring ducts or multiple device groups cannot be arranged within the narrower plate without stacking them vertically or reducing the required spacing.
Check the complete horizontal layout before moving to the wider housing. If the assembly fits within 275 mm of mounting width, KX 1575000 retains the same height and depth with a narrower 300 mm external width. If the constraint is mounting height rather than width, KX 1577000 is the more relevant comparison because its 275 × 385 mm mounting plate provides additional vertical space instead of extending the horizontal row.

Set the enclosure orientation and cable-entry direction before locating openings. On this wide housing, left- or right-side cable entries must not obstruct the horizontal device rows, while top or bottom openings must preserve the conductor-routing space across the 365 mm mounting width. Check door cut-outs against the lock and hinge positions shown in the current Rittal dimensional drawing. Show reference edges, center coordinates, dimensions and tolerances on the machining drawing.
For review, provide: KX 1576000, quantity, an approved drawing or CAD file, opening sizes and positions, tolerances and cable-entry direction. Confirm the final drawing before machining because the external 380 × 300 × 155 mm dimensions do not define usable internal clearance.
