VX Base/Plinth Corner Pieces with Front and Rear Trim Panels, 100 mm, Stainless Steel
Rittal VX stainless steel base/plinth corner pieces with front and rear trim panels are designed for 100 mm-high base/plinth assemblies. The corner pieces feature molded self-positioning for bayed enclosure systems, while large openings provide easy access to the screw-fastening points.
Suitable for enclosure widths from 600 to 1200 mm. Choose the article number by enclosure width.
AISI 304 Stainless Steel
Corner pieces and front/rear trim panels are made from stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).

Molded self-positioning features help align the base/plinth with bayed enclosure systems.

Q: Is this 100 mm VX stainless steel base/plinth suitable for outdoor enclosures?
A: The stainless steel versions are rated UL 50E Type 1, 3R, 4, 4X and 12. Final suitability depends on the complete enclosure configuration, sealing and installation environment.
Q: Do I need to order side trim panels separately?
A: Yes. This set includes the corner pieces and front/rear trim panels. Matching side trim panels should be selected separately according to the enclosure depth.
Q: What is the difference between this VX base/plinth and the newer stainless steel VX base/plinth system?
A: This series belongs to the first-generation base/plinth system. It should not be mixed with second-generation base/plinth components, so the system generation should be confirmed before selecting accessories.
Q: Can I use a different base/plinth width from the enclosure width?
A: Normally, the base/plinth width should match the enclosure width. For example, a 600 mm-wide enclosure uses the corresponding 600 mm base/plinth set. For bayed or non-standard configurations, verify the complete base/plinth arrangement before ordering.
